The Principal - Peter Miller
Peter has over 10 years in training design, regularly customising development programs to business' needs. As the Director of Coaching at The Source International he was responsible for business development, program design and delivery and the recruitment, training and accreditation of facilitators and coaches. He has managed the delivery of development programs involving up to 5000 partcipants across a range of industries for clients including Qantas, Caltex, Stockland, Suzanne Grae, and CBA.
He has thousands of hours of personal training and coaching experience and has trained and accredited many professional trainers and coaches.
Prior to working in training and development, Peter had over 20 years experience in principal HR roles with major Australian financial services organisations. Consequently he is intimately acquainted with what businesses require from their training and development providers.
